Bag-xiety

Today I brought my Jacobs out to play. 

If I can't have Saffiano leather now, I'll just make do with other kinds of leather.

Statistics report today, but I did it in my own style. No boring simplistic design template for me. I also gave my boss a preposition. 

Don't raise my pay but promote me and my colleague instead (cuz we're already doing stuff above our level) .Give us a target and if we hit it, they have to give us a cut. 

So she gave me a target of $30k per month. 

Game on.

Feels Good

It feels good talking to yourself. 

For that I mean, as I'm typing these words, I'm actually pouring out my thoughts and letting it flow out of my mind & heart.

It really does cleanse the soul.

& knowing that someone out there is "hearing" you out , makes me feel ..

I've been eyeing this bag since 2 years ago and I thought my infatuation with this oh so classic bag would fade. 

Sadly, I'm still in love .

I used to think branded bags are such a cliché and people who don't earn much and buy those stuff are dumb. 

But, here I am thinking , why the f not? 

I can afford it ( if I stop eating out ) .

I work hard enough too.

Why can't I be one of them? 

I can prove my self worth too

Getaway Goal

And we're back!

Now, the next cause of excitement would be Krabi.The goal is to NOT buy anything unless absolutely necessary. 

List of things I'm gonna look forward to ;

1) Clear blue sea & white sandy beaches

2) Thai massage 

3) Read/Draw/Paint while sipping hot cocoa on the patio 

4) Fresh dewy morning mist

3) Absolute silence 

New Kicks

YES . I'm gonna start getting fit again.

With new running shoes !

Batam -ing

Batam, the land of second wives.

We took the ferry from Harbourfront and frankly, we had a quite good time exploring the city with the tour group.

Uncle Andrew was really nice to everyone  and even went go-karting with us. 

For 50 bux per pax , we enjoyed a nice seafood lunch and a pretty dandy 2-Star hotel with excellent WI-Fi, including return ferry tickets.
