Sales Pitch

Received a call earlier from a 24 year old fresh out-of-school insurance Sales man.I listened to him rambling on and on about his dental coverage product.
I listened attentively and at the same time, I was wondering if he would be using the same words I use when I'm doing my sales. Hence , I learn that i should never use the following words if i want to convince my customer  ;

1. " Entirely up to you"
2. " Don't worry, no obligation"
3. " I truly understand"
4. " Ok ,Ms ( insert name) , let me explain to you Ms (insert name) , right now you won't feel that it is beneficial for you but , MS (insert name) , you should consider ....

I think I'll go read more books on people skills.
